This is how our Friday is going. We are in the middle of a 3 day blizzard. It has been snowing and blowing since yesterday afternoon. All of the schools in the area are closed and even many businesses. We are going to enjoy our day in the house, trying to forget that it is the middle of April and we are snowed in! We plan on making play-dough, playing checkers, baking a cake, making daddy's favorite lunch, watching a movie, and of course getting a little house work done. :)

How is your Friday?

Yeah it looks similar here, but not as bad. It quit snowing for a little while but is suppose to pick up again soon. The good thing is, is that it wont last long. Thank goodness!!! Enjoy your day off, sounds like fun!!!

Yeah, Watertown cancelled school too and unfortunately the daycare was still open so I didn't even have a legit reason to stay home today. I was suppossed to head to Sioux Falls at noon to see Jessie but thanks to mother nature, that was canceled. Have a great day!
Yep, looks like that around here too! School was cancelled. Some daycare kids made it and some didn't. We're having a SNOW DAY here!! Movies, making brownies, playing games. Fun stuff!

I'm soaking up our last days of warmth. Our winter will soon be underway of course we don't get snow storms but good thing as we don't have central heat either.
Hi I can sympathize, I drove through SD in April and the entire I29 was icy and snowing...at least you guys get snow days and have decent road clearing equipment...more than I can say for ND...it snows we still have to go out...but the roads aren't ever cleared until the storm has past
