Last night the school hosted a
Zoo Extravaganza. The local zoo brought in animals from all over the world. The kids thought it was great, they were even brave enough to touch a few of the animals. I had camera trouble half way through the show so I missed a few animals. I did get a few good shots to share with you though.
This
cockatoo was very entertaining and even shared a few words with all the kids.
Brylie loved petting the very soft

cockroaches totally grossed me out!!

Robb is deathly afraid of
snakes but didn't want to wimp out in front of his kids! Ha!

Walking Stick Bug was so cool!

I'm sure you saw Trevor and the kids there also. I stayed home because I knew they would have snakes and I knew I WOULD wimp out in front of the kids. It sounded like it was a good time. Kale came home and said that he petted a snake and then wiped his hand on me. EWWWW. Little rugrat!
Ummm, last night? Can't quite remember, but I'm sure it was better than snakes. YUP positive!

Gage actually sat on Trevor's lap for a while last night. We couldn't get him to sit still for anything so Trevor sat him on his lap and he sat perfectly still for about 15 minutes....which is an eternity for that child!
We missed you, but you would not have liked it....so many snakes!

Last night I sat through a 2 1/2 hour pastoral care class....perhaps snakes would have been more exciting. :-)
I took Brooklyn to practice for the ice show and then watched Dancing with the Stars of course!!! A lot better than any snakes around!!!

I too would be grossed out by the snakes and cock roaches.
