We're getting closer!

We are 6 days away from our court day and about 3 weeks away from travel (if all goes well). The Arnold family is in high gear baby mode!
We set up Ruby's crib. We got out the baby car seat. And we SHOPPED!
I forgot how much fun it is to baby shop. Brylie and I can't go into a store without checking out the baby section. And because we were positive that we wouldn't have any more kids after Gage, we got rid of all of our baby things except for the crib, highchair and car seat. So, we have had to buy rattles, pacifiers, baby blankets, you name it, it is on our list. We still have a lot to get but moderation is important right? :) Can't wait to share her picture with you all next week!

Ruby will be 4 months old next week.

Amber,
The baby room is non-exciting. It is a makeshift room that will have to work for a nursery now. It is right off the master bedroom and used to be the hot tub room.
Right now I am looking for curtains and a area rug for her room. Any suggestions? Hopefully that will make it prettier.

Go see Grandma Arnold. She would probably love to make the curtains. I know I talked to her about making some for Brooklyn and Cooper's room. I have a ton of baby girl clothes if you guys wanted to come over and go through them. Let me know and you can just have them!!!

Hey Teresa! I have not posted here yet, but I have enjoyed reading your blog too!!! I love the cute baby outfits and baby gear! Emilee and I still enjoy peeking at outfits wherever we go as well! My favorite little dresses are the ones with watermelons on them...I think Emilee must have owned half a dozen over the years! I can't believe you are so close to traveling!!!! Thanks for letting us follow your journey....can't wait to see the pictures of Ethiopia and your first picture with Miss Ruby :).
Hugs and love,
Jeanne
