Favorite Photo Friday

We spent the day with my Grandpa yesterday, as it would have been my Grandma's 87th birthday. Grandpa loves having the kids come over and still gets down on the floor and plays with them. I captured this great snapshot of Hunter snuggling with Great Grandpa. At 90 years old he is in great health, other than having trouble hearing. I'm hoping these great genes have been passed down to me! We love you Grandpa!

Great health except for his broken heart.

I'm sure this has been hard on him, I can't imagine what it must be like to share a life with someone for more years together than you spent it alone...

Awesome picture, I'll pray for him today.

It's really cool that he gets down and plays with the kids.

He's 90?! He sure looks a lot younger to me.

I do like that photo. It's one for the scrapbook.

Two very special men in your life. You are blessed! Aren't you glad your children get to experience your grandfather if even for a short time? What a treasure...bless his heart.

Hiya! I'm posting here at your last Fav Photo Fri to ask a question. Is it okay that I borrowed your Fav Photo Fri idea? I never did ask when I just started doing it and it is fun! I hope you don't mind...I hope you'll see it as a tribute to your wonderful ideas!!! Have a good one!
