The trip home to America
Knowing that we would be flying 20 hours in an airplane with a baby brought us some anxiety. Will the flight bother her ears? What if she screams the whole time? Will there be turbulence? I hope the weather is good. Lord please no delays! All of these thoughts crossed my mind several times during the days before the long flight home. She was such a good baby but being in an airplane for 20 hours is a lot to expect of anyone, especially a 5 month old! Well, as you can see from the pictures, Ruby was an angel during all 3 flights. She slept 8 1/2 hours on one of the 9 hour flights. We were so thankful and praising God for answered prayers!

that's amazing...8 hours! I'm glad the trip home went so well for all of you. And yes-that is a strange contraption that the airline calls a bassinet! beautiful daddy/daughter picture too~by the way. :)
Seriously, what a little honey!!
20 hours?? That would send anyone in a frenzy. GOOD JOB RUBY!!!
That bassinet looks like a duffel bag!!! So glad she did so good!
i love your clarification that you did feed and change her, wouldn't want people thinking you were unfit:0)
she looks so grown up one minute, in the seat alone, and then all babish with her daddy.
So cute sitting in the airplane seat all by herself. She is a honey.
What a sweet picture of Ruby and Robb...That is priceless!
